3.3.9. Pressure check in AKPP hydrocontrol system

Warm up AKPP to normal working temperature of oil (ATF).

Lift the car on the lift so that to hang out forward wheels.

Establish a control tachometer for measurement of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine so that it was possible to consider its indications easily.

Connect an adapter and a manometer (09452-21002 and 09452-21500) to the corresponding openings for pressure check.

At check of pressure of inclusion of a reverse gear (reverse pressure) it is necessary to use a manometer on 3000 kPas.

Measure pressure of oil in (ATF) AKPP in each highway under various conditions (fig. 3.70).

Check compliance of the measured sizes to ranges of the nominal rates given below in table 3.16. If the measured pressure falls outside the limits a range of nominal rates, execute check and eliminate malfunction according to table 3.17.
