3.3.12. Adjustment of the lowered pressure

Adjustment without tester use
Remove details up to the oil filter as it should be, similar given in procedure of adjustment of pressure in the main highway. The block of operating valves do not remove.
Turn the adjusting screw on the lower part of the block of managing directors of valves and adjust the lowered pressure so that it corresponded to nominal rate. At turn of the adjusting screw clockwise lowered pressure decreases, at turn of the adjusting screw counter-clockwise – increases.

NOTE
At adjustment the lowered pressure should reach average value (425 kPas) from a range of nominal rates.
Nominal rate: 420 ± 20 kPas.

Change of pressure of oil at each turn of the adjusting screw: 22кПа.
Establish the oil filter and the oil pallet as it should be, similar given in procedure of adjustment of pressure in the main highway.
Execute pressure check in AKPP hydrocontrol system. If necessary repeat pressure adjustment.

Adjustment with tester use
By means of the ACTUATOR TEST mode (check of actuation mechanisms) tester compulsorily establish 50 % factor of filling of a cycle (50 % of duty) electromagnetic valve of adjustment of pressure (PCSV) and measure the pressure submitted to a brake of compulsory fall of transfer, to this moment of time.
If the pressure submitted to a brake of compulsory fall of transfer (kickdown brake pressure), does not correspond to a range of nominal rates, adjust pressure by means of the adjusting screw.
Nominal rate:
320 ±30 kPa.
Change of pressure of oil at each turn of the adjusting screw: 30 kPas.
Check that after completion of this adjustment value of the lowered pressure (reducing presure) corresponds to a range of 370-490 kPas.

ATTENTION
Adjustment should be made at oil (ATF) temperature in AKPP 70-80°C. If adjustment is made at too high temperature of oil (ATF) in AKPP, pressure in the main highway will fall, when the engine works at an idling mode and as a result to execute correct adjustment it will be impossible.

Replacement of epiploons of shaft of a drive of wheels
Disconnect a shaft of a drive of a wheel from a transmission.

By means of a flat screw-driver take an epiploon (fig. 3.81).

By means of the special tool (an opravka 09431-21200) easy blows establish a new epiploon in a transmission (fig. 3.82).
Put oil for (ATF) AKPP on a working edge of an epiploon.

Replacement of a cable of a drive of a speedometer

Correctly establish an adapter in a combination of devices and adhere to it a new cable of a drive of a speedometer (fig. 3.83).
Establish the rubber plug so that the cable and an acting part of the plug were horizontal.

ATTENTION
It is necessary to lay a cable of a drive of a speedometer so that the radius of a bend of a cable corresponded 150 mm or more.

From a transmission it is necessary to insert a tip of a cable of a drive of a speedometer into a transmission and it is reliable to tighten a fastening nut (fig. 3.84).

ATTENTION
If the cable of a drive of a speedometer is connected incorrectly or unreliably, indications of a speedometer will be incorrect and there will be an abnormal noise. Be convinced of correctness of connection of a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
