3.3.4. Hydrotransformer check on completely braked car (Тorque converter stall test)

The purpose of this check is measurement of the maximum frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine at completely braked target shaft of an automatic transmission on ranges of "D" and «R». It is possible to determine operability of the obgonny coupling of a stator of the hydrotransformer, and also pro-slipping existence by size of this frequency in frictional couplings and brakes of an automatic transmission.

ATTENTION
During this check do not allow anybody to be in front of or behind the car.

Check level and oil temperature in an automatic transmission, and also temperature of cooling liquid of the engine.
Oil level in (ATF) AKPP: on a mark of "NOTES" masloizmeritelny щупа.
Oil temperature in (ATF) AKPP: 80–100 °C.
Temperature of cooling liquid of the engine: 80–100 °C.
Establish brake shoes under back wheels of the car (left and right).
Completely lift the lever of the parking brake and squeeze out against the stop a brake pedal.
Start the engine.
Establish the AKPP selector lever in situation "D", press against the stop a pedal of an accelerator and define frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine during this moment.

ATTENTION
During carrying out this dough do not hold a butterfly valve completely open for more than 8 pages.
If this test is necessary for carrying out more than once, after each check transfer the AKPP selector lever to the situation "N" and let's to the engine work on a mode 1000 of mines-1 during 2 mines, for oil cooling in (ATF) AKPP between checks.
Nominal rate of frequency of rotation of the engine at completely braked car (stall test): 2100–2900 mines-1.
Transfer the selector lever to the situation "R" and repeat check on completely braked car, to points similarly mentioned above.
Nominal rate of frequency of rotation of the engine at completely braked car (stall test): 2100–2900 mines-1.
