2.7.7.13. Conditions of storing of codes of malfunctions

EBU brings in memory Р0121 and includes a control lamp of malfunction of a control system of the engine in case of a mismatch between a signal of loading of the engine from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve and a signal from the sensor of absolute pressure. This code shows that information on the provision of a butterfly valve and a consumption of the air, given out on EBU from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve and the sensor of absolute pressure, does not correspond to the actual loading of the engine.
EBU brings the P0122 code in memory and includes a control lamp of malfunction of a control system of the engine, if a corner of opening of a butterfly valve during more than 0,2 with less than 2,1 ° in two cycles of driving. This code specifies that the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve or EBU define unusually small corner of opening of a butterfly valve. EBU brings the P0123 code in memory and includes a control lamp of malfunction of a control system of the engine, if a corner of opening of a butterfly valve during 0,2 with more than 105,4 ° in two cycles of driving. This code specifies that the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve or EBU define unusually big corner of opening of a butterfly valve.

NOTE
The nominal rate of resistance at measurement on conclusions 1 and 3 sensors of provision of a butterfly valve is in limits of 1600-2500 Ohm.

Check
Separate the electric socket of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

Check resistance on conclusions 2 ("mass" of the sensor) and 3 (a sensor food) the electric socket of the sensor (fig. 2.246).
Nominal rate of resistance: 0,7–3,0 kiloohms
Attach an analog ohmmeter to conclusions 2 ("mass" of the sensor) and 1 (a sensor signal) the electric socket of the sensor.
