6.1.5. Removal and installation of the vacuum amplifier of brakes

Disconnect a brake tube from the main brake cylinder.

Remove the main brake cylinder (fig. 6.10).

ATTENTION At hit of brake liquid on the painted surfaces immediately wipe the spilled liquid.

Disconnect a vacuum hose from the amplifier of brakes.

Disconnect a pusher of the amplifier of brakes from a brake pedal.

Unscrew nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (fig. 6.11).

Lift the vacuum amplifier of brakes in collecting and remove it.

Before installation of the vacuum amplifier of brakes assembled check a condition of both laying of its arm of fastening, if necessary replace laying.

Establish the vacuum amplifier of brakes on a place and tighten fastening nuts.

Inhaling moment: 13–16 N · m.

Put enough of konsistentny greasing in an opening of the lever of a pedal of a brake (a pin installation site).

Connect a pusher fork to the lever of a pedal of a brake by means of a pin with an opening under шплинт and fix a pin shplinty (fig. 6.12).

Establish the main brake cylinder. also connect to it a brake tube.

Connect a vacuum hose to the amplifier of brakes.

Fill with brake liquid a tank of hydrosystem of brakes.

Be convinced of absence of leakages of brake liquid.

Check and adjust the provision of a pedal of a brake.

After installation of details put enough of konsistentny greasing in places of contact of a fork of a pusher and a brake pedal (fig. 6.13).
