2.2.7. Removal, check and installation of a flywheel (MKPP) or plate of a drive of the hydrotransformer (AKPP)

Removal
Remove a transmission and coupling.
Remove a flywheel.

Check
Check a condition of a surface of contact of a flywheel with a conducted disk of coupling (lack of non-uniform wear or damage). Replace a flywheel if the surface is damaged or has considerable wear.
Measure palpation of a surface of contact of a flywheel with a conducted disk of coupling.
Nominal rate of palpation of a flywheel: 0,1 mm.
Check a condition of a gear wreath of a flywheel (absence of damages, cracks and considerable wear) and replace it if necessary.

Installation
Establish a flywheel in collecting and tighten bolts of fastening the nominal moment of an inhaling.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of a flywheel: 120–130 N · m.
