Dismantling
Remove a belt of a drive of GRM, the case of the oil pump, a flywheel, a head of cylinders in collecting and the oil pallet. Procedures of removal of details are given in appropriate sections.
Remove a back plate of the block of cylinders and a back epiploon of a cranked shaft.
Remove covers of rods and loose leaves of shatunny bearings of a cranked shaft.
Remove covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft and remove a cranked shaft.
Remove a rotor of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft.

NOTE
For simplification of installation arrange the removed details (covers of rods, loose leaves of shatunny and radical bearings) as their compliance to numbers of cylinders and orientation in an installation site.

Check
Check radical and shatunny necks of a cranked shaft on absence of damages (the tease and прихваты), excessive wear and cracks. Besides, check openings of oil channels on lack of a contamination. Repair or replace a faulty detail.
Check a konusnost and a nekruglost of radical and shatunny necks of a cranked shaft.
Nominal rate:
diameter of a radical neck – 50 mm;
diameter of a shatunny neck – 45 mm;
the konusnost and nekruglost of radical and shatunny necks – 0,005 mm or is less.

Verification of loose leaves of radical and shatunny bearings
Visually check a condition of a surface of each loose leaf (an otslaivaniye, non-uniform contact, risks, teases, etc.). Replace defective loose leaves.

Gap measurement in bearings
Measure diameter of radical and shatunny necks of a cranked shaft.
Measure internal diameters of openings under radical bearings in a bed of a cranked shaft (in the block of cylinders and a bearing cover) and openings under shatunny bearings (in the bottom head of a rod and a rod cover).
Measure thickness of loose leaves of shatunny and radical bearings.
Calculate a gap in bearings by results of the carried-out measurements (it is necessary to subtract from value of internal diameter of an opening under the bearing size of diameter of a neck of a shaft and thickness of the loose leaf of the bearing).
Gap in a rod the bearing: 0,018–0,036 mm.
Gap in the radical bearing: No. 1, 2, 4, 5 – 0,022–0,040 mm, No. 3 – 0,028–0,046 mm.

Check of epiploons of a cranked shaft
Check forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft on absence of damage or wear of working edges. In the presence of defects replace an epiploon.

Check of a rotor of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft
Remove a rotor of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft.
Check a rotor of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft on absence of damages, cracks and wear. If necessary replace a sensor rotor.

Gap check between tooth of a rotor of the sensor and a sensor tip by means of a depth gage

Check a gap between tooth of a rotor of the sensor and a sensor tip by means of a depth gage (fig. 2.67).
Nominal rate of a gap between tooth of a rotor of the sensor and a sensor tip: 0,5–1,1 mm.

NOTE
Measure distance from top of tooth of a rotor of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft to an adjusting surface under the sensor on the block of cylinders.
Measure length of a tip of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft as distance between an end face of a tip of the sensor and the landing plane of the sensor.
Calculate a gap as a difference between the specified values.

Assembly
Establish the top loose leaves of radical bearings in a bed of a cranked shaft on the block of cylinders.

NOTE
Be attentive at installation of loose leaves of the radical bearings which have been removed earlier at dismantling, arrange them according to the adjusting labels put before removal.

Establish a cranked shaft. Put engine oil on radical necks of a cranked shaft.
Establish the bottom loose leaves and covers of radical bearings. Tighten bolts of fastening of covers the nominal moment of an inhaling in the following sequence: cover of the central bearing, bearing No. 2 cover, bearing No. 4 cover, cover of the forward bearing and cover of the back bearing.
Tighten bolts gradually in two-three receptions, then tighten the nominal moment of an inhaling.

At installation of a cover it is necessary to arrange so that shooters of covers were directed to a pulley of a cranked shaft and number of covers corresponded to numbers of cylinders (fig. 2.68).
Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings: 55–60 N · m, bolts of fastening of covers of a rod: 32–35 N · m.
Once again check that the cranked shaft rotates smoothly and the axial gap of a cranked shaft (a gap between a persistent flange of the central radical bearing and the corresponding cheek of a cranked shaft) corresponds to nominal rate.
Nominal rate:
axial gap of a cranked shaft – 0,050–0,175 mm.

By means of the special tool (an opravka for installation of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft 09231-2100) establish a back epiploon of a cranked shaft in the epiploon case, as is shown in drawing 2.69. Be attentive, correctly arrange an opravka not to damage and to deform an epiploon at installation.
Establish a back plate of the block of cylinders and tighten bolts of its fastening.
Establish covers of rods.
Establish a flywheel, the case of the oil pump, the oil pallet and a belt of a drive of GRM. Procedures of installation of details are given in appropriate sections.
