Removal
Disconnect a hose and a ventilating hose of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case.

Remove a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid and a pulley of a cranked shaft (fig. 2.42).
Uncover a belt of a drive of GRM.
Weaken bolts of a roller of a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of GRM, weaken a tension of a belt and temporarily fix a roller of a natyazhitel.
Remove a belt of a drive of GRM from a camshaft asterisk.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of the central cover and then uncover.
Remove ignition coils assembled.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders and then uncover (fig. 2.43).
Remove a camshaft asterisk.

Remove covers of bearings of a camshaft and a chain of a drive of GRM (fig. 2.44).
Remove camshafts.
Take hydrojacks.

Check
Check camshaft necks on lack of wear. If necks of a shaft are considerably worn-out, replace a camshaft.

Check an acting part of cams of a camshaft on absence of damage. If cams of a shaft are damaged or their wear exceeds admissible size, replace a camshaft (fig. 2.45).

Height of cams of a camshaft
Nominal rate:
the inlet: 43,4484 mm;
the final: 43,8489 mm.
Maximum permissible value:
the inlet: 42,9484 mm;
the final: 43,3489 mm.
Check a surface of a back part of cams of a camshaft on absence of damage or considerable wear and if necessary replace a shaft.
Check a condition of a bed of a camshaft on absence of damage. If wear of a bed of a camshaft exceeds admissible size, replace a head of cylinders in collecting or covers of bearings of a camshaft.
Axial gap of a camshaft: 0,10–0,15 mm

Check of an epiploon of a camshaft
Check a working edge of an epiploon on lack of wear. If the working edge is worn-out, replace an epiploon.
Check a condition of a surface of the camshaft contacting to a working edge of an epiploon. If the surface of a shaft is worn-out, replace a camshaft.

Fix a surface of "A" of the hydrojack filled with engine oil, and press an emphasis of "B" of the hydrojack by hand. If the emphasis of "B" moves, replace the hydrojack (fig. 2.46).
Other characteristic malfunctions of the hydrojack are given in table 2.6.

Check of a chain of a drive of GRM
Check chain elements (plugs and plates) on lack of wear. Replace a chain, if wear excessive.

Establish hydrojacks into place.

Combine a chain of a drive of GRM with chain asterisks of camshafts of inlet and final valves, as is shown in drawing 2.48.

Grease with engine oil basic necks of a camshaft, then establish a camshaft into place (fig. 2.49).

Establish covers of bearings of camshafts. Identification labels on covers of bearings are intended for identification of an installation site of a cover (the party of inlet / final valves) (fig. 2.50).

Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of camshafts the nominal moment of an inhaling in two-three receptions in an order specified by numbers in drawing 2.51.
Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing of a camshaft: 12–14 N · m.

By means of the special tool (an opravka for installation of an epiploon of a camshaft 09221-21000) press a camshaft epiploon (fig. 2.52).
Be convinced that the working edge of an epiploon of a camshaft is greased with engine oil. Put on an epiploon a camshaft from an asterisk of a belt of a drive of GRM, then in hammer blows on an opravka establish an epiploon so that it was located aflush with a surface.

Establish an asterisk (for a belt) a camshaft and tighten a bolt of its fastening the nominal moment of an inhaling (fig. 2.53).
The moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft (for a belt): 80–100 N · m.
Combine labels on asterisks of cranked and distributive shaft with the corresponding adjusting labels and establish the cylinder No. 1 piston in VMT of a step of compression.
Establish a cover of a head of cylinders.
Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders: 8–10 N · m.

Establish ignition coils assembled, candle wires of a high voltage and the central cover (fig. 2.54).
Establish a belt of a drive of GRM, and then when the roller of a natyazhitel will pull a belt, tighten fastening of a natyazhitel.
Establish covers of a belt of a drive of GRM.
Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a cover of a belt of a drive of GRM: 8–10 N · m.
Establish a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid and a pulley of a cranked shaft.
