7.2.1. General information

The system of a charging consists of the storage battery, the generator with the built-in regulator of tension, a control lamp of the category of the storage battery and conducting. In the generator the vypryamitelny block consisting of six diodes (three positive is established and three negative), passing through which alternating voltage will be transformed to the constant. Constant tension moves on a conclusion "In" the generator. Besides, the tension of a charging which is given out by the generator, is regulated by system of maintenance of constant level of a charge of the storage battery.

The main components of the generator are the rotor, a stator, the vypryamitelny block, brushes, bearings and a pulley for a drive a belt from a cranked shaft (fig. 7.8).
