7.1.2. Ignition system

The corner of an advancing of ignition is supervised by an electronic control system. Sizes of optimum angles of an advancing of ignition for all power setting are written down in memory of the electronic control unit by the engine (ECM).

Power setting (frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft, loading, a thermal condition of the engine etc.) is determined by signals of various sensors. On the basis of signals from sensors and data on optimum angles of an advancing of ignition the electronic control unit the engine (ECM) sends signals on current interruption in primary winding of the coil of ignition.

In the coil of ignition the high voltage for an iskroobrazovaniye is created, and thus there is a management of a corner of an advancing of ignition.
