Check of level of oil in a transmission
Check a transmission on absence of leakages of oil. Check oil level in a transmission, having unscrewed a jellied stopper. If oil is polluted, it is necessary to merge oil and to fill in the new.
Unscrew a jellied stopper and check oil level a finger.
Oil should be at level of bottom edge of a jellied opening (an opening of a jellied stopper). If level of oil of oil is lower specified, add oil prior to the beginning of its effluence from an opening, then establish a jellied stopper into place.
Replace oil in a transmission if it is polluted or does not possess the corresponding viscosity.

Oil replacement in a transmission
Recommended transmission oil: for gipoidny transfers (HP Gear Oil), GL-4 on API classification, viscosity of SAE75W-90.
On the car established on an equal horizontal surface, unscrew a drain stopper and merge oil from a transmission.

Replace laying new and establish a drain stopper into place (fig. 3.31).
Moment of an inhaling of a drain stopper: 30–35 N · m.
Unscrew a jellied stopper and fill in new oil to level on 5–9 mm below bottom edge of a jellied opening (an opening of a jellied stopper).
Refueling capacity of a transmission: 2,15 l.
Moment of an inhaling of a jellied stopper: 30–35 N · m.

Disconnect a shaft of a drive of a wheel from a transmission (fig. 3.32).

By means of a flat screw-driver take an epiploon (fig. 3.33).

By means of the special tool (an opravka 09431-21200) easy blows establish a new epiploon of a shaft of a drive of a wheel in a transmission (fig. 3.34).
Grease a working edge of an epiploon with transmission oil.
Recommended transmission oil: for gipoidny transfers (HP Gear Oil), GL-4 no of classification of API, viscosity of SAE75W-90.

Replacement of a cable of a drive of a speedometer
Correctly establish an adapter in a combination of devices and adhere to it a new cable of a drive of a speedometer.

Establish the rubber plug so that the cable and an acting part of the plug were horizontal, as is shown in drawing 3.35.

ATTENTION
It is necessary to lay a cable of a drive of a speedometer so that the radius of a bend of a cable corresponded 150 mm or more.

From a transmission it is necessary to insert a tip of a cable of a drive of a speedometer into a transmission and it is reliable to tighten a fastening nut (fig. 3.36).

ATTENTION
If the cable of a drive of a speedometer is connected incorrectly or unreliably, indications of a speedometer will be incorrect and there will be an abnormal noise.
