3.1.2. Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of coupling

Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of coupling it is necessary to make each time at removal of the connecting pipeline, a hose and/or the main cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling, and also in a case when the pedal of coupling becomes "soft".

Weaken an union inhaling for pumping on the working cylinder (fig. 3.3).

Slowly press against the stop a coupling pedal until the liquid effluence will stop.

Holding a pedal in extreme forward situation, tighten the union for pumping.

Add in a tank liquid of demanded brand to normal level.

ATTENTION Quickly repeating pressing a pedal in an interval About (fig. 3.4) can lead to that when pumping the piston of the main cylinder will be вытолкнут from the cylinder case. The repeated pressing a pedal should be made only after its complete return to situation A.
